Polly Kuehl, CPM has served on the HACC Board of Directors since June 19, 2019. She has over 40 years of experience working in the fields of development and property management of affordable housing in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Currently, Ms. Kuehl is Executive Director of a non-profit development and preservation company that uses its funds to provide social services within its affordable housing properties. Ms. Kuehl has a BA in Social Work from University of Wisconsin and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from University of Minnesota Humphrey Institute. Having achieved a CPM from IREM, Ms. Kuehl was able to integrate social services, government programs and real estate into her overall philosophy of managing affordable housing.
